TERMS OF SERVICE

★Prices are in USD and are non-negotiable. Payments are through Paypal or Ko-Fi only.★Payments for any orders under $100 are to be made entirely upfront. Orders above $100 can be paid half upfront, and the other half at a later date. In this case, you will not receive your completed commission(s) until it’s fully paid for.★Tips are not required, but GREATLY appreciated!★You may ONLY be refunded for a commission if I have not yet started it, or if I am unable to complete it. Cancellations are allowed at any time, but you will not be refunded if I have begun working on your commission at the time of cancellation.★Come prepared! Make sure you know exactly what you want and have all of your references in order when you contact me!★If you do not send your references and payment within TWO days of contacting me, your commission slot will be closed/given away!!!★My turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, but can easily be longer or shorter than that. If I suspect that I will take longer than what is stated above, I will make sure to notify you. I encourage progress inquiries, but please do not rush me as I work on your commission(s).★I reserve the right to refuse your commission request for any reason.I reserve the right to:
-Post commissions online, and include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.-Reproduce my artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc (limited strictly to fan art that does not include orignal characters).-Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.-Claim the commission piece as my work.The commissioner and other parties may not:-Include commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.-Reproduce my artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc.-Mint/sell my artwork for NFT/other cryptocurrency.-Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.-Claim the commission piece as their work.-Post the commissioned piece without proper credits to the artist.-Or use it as a NFT-Or use for AI of any kind

How To Order
★Please DM me on either Instagram( @/agenderthief) or on Tumblr (@/pink-karnery or @/agenderthief)★Tell me what kind of commission you want (bust, thigh up, custom, etc). Explain who I’ll be drawing, and how you’d like them to be drawn!★Provide the appropriate references!

• References of the character(s) (please do not send nsfw character references without warning beforehand)
• I appreciate you putting your references in Google Docs and/or Pinterest boards for inspiration!★I’ll send you an invoice via Paypal.★You will receive updates when I have completed the sketch of your commission, then the line art. During those times you will be free to request any revisions or corrections!★When your commission is complete, I can email it to you if you would like that. You are free to use your commission as icons/headers, or post your commission on Instagram, Twitter, Toyhouse, and/or Tumblr with credit!
